At LifeSkills, we have been dedicated to “a better and deeper understanding of your child” for over 30 years, guiding and supporting parents while “helping each child put the pieces together.” As the first and model center in Central Florida, our mission is to provide children with the tools they need to thrive.

We recognize that every child uniquely experiences the world. Learning happens day by day, step by step, piece by piece. Every sight, taste, touch, sound, smell, and feeling becomes part of their journey. These small experiences shape their abilities, perceptions, and interactions with the world around them.

However, when a child struggles to process or organize these experiences, it can lead to challenges—for them and you as a parent.

It’s not that they want to struggle, or that they want to make things difficult for you.
It’s that they simply can’t yet do it any other way.

We believe that Sensory Integration & Processing is the foundation for a child’s success, helping them build essential connections and skills for life. Our approach relies on collaboration between therapists, parents, and children—working together with love, knowledge, experience, and patience.

As the Director of LifeSkills, I am committed to leading my team, continuously learning and improving, supporting parents, and helping children achieve peace, calm, joy, love, and success.
